We’re looking for a Travel Experience Coordinator who shares this way of thinking.
Someone who is naturally curious about the world, has an eye for detail, enjoys discovering exceptional places and experiences, and takes genuine satisfaction in bringing all the moving parts of a journey together seamlessly.
What will you do?
• Research extraordinary hotels, lodges, destinations and experiences across the world.
• Help transform a traveller’s interests, preferences and aspirations into thoughtfully designed journeys.
• Coordinate with hotels, local experts and travel partners to ensure every detail is considered.
• Bring structure,
precision and creativity to itineraries, proposals and the journey planning process.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems and make sure the experience feels effortless for the traveller.
What are we looking for?
Not necessarily someone who has travelled everywhere. Someone who wants to understand the world more deeply.
Someone who asks questions, notices the little things, follows through on commitments and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
A person who combines curiosity with discipline, imagination with organisation, and a genuine love of travel with the ability to execute exceptionally well.
Experience in travel, hospitality or luxury experiences would be valuable. Equally significant are your instincts, attitude and willingness to learn.
