Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships,



and expanding EcoLanet’s presence in the recycled plastics and sustainability markets. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves researching market trends, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The role includes coordinating with operations, finance, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will also monitor key performance indicators, participate in industry events, and support strategic partnerships that strengthen EcoLanet’s position as a leader in sustainable materials. Regular reporting to senior leadership on pipeline status, market insights, and growth opportunities is expected.
