Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasaragod,



responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across production, inventory, order processing, and dispatch. This role coordinates between manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely order fulfillment, and accurate documentation. Key tasks include tracking production schedules, monitoring material availability, preparing and maintaining operational records, and following up on deliveries and service commitments. The Operations Coordinator will assist with vendor and customer communication, addressing routine operational queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, cost control, and quality. This position requires close attention to detail, structured planning, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
