About the Role
Savi Vision Private Limited is looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager – Headsets & Audio Products to drive sales and business development for our headset and audio product portfolio.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients and channel partners, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, dealer and distributor management, and a strong understanding of headsets, business audio devices, unified communications, or IT and AV products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales of headsets and related audio products to corporate customers and business clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities across corporate offices, IT companies, BPOs, call centres, enterprises, and other relevant sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn,



email campaigns, networking, and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up on prospective customers.

2. Corporate & B2C Sales
• Build relationships with HR teams, IT managers, procurement teams, administration departments, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable headset and audio solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close business deals.

3. Product Knowledge & Demonstrations
• Develop a strong understanding of headset products, including wired and wireless headsets, Bluetooth headsets, USB headsets, and professional business headsets.
• Understand product features, specifications, compatibility, and applications.
• Demonstrate product benefit
