Job Overview

Della Townships is seeking an exceptional, high-energy Head of Sales to establish, build, and lead our recent regional sales office in Hyderabad. This leadership role will take complete end-to-end P&L; ownership of the go-to-market strategy, launch, and sales execution for Della International City, Hyderabad—a landmark ~2,000-acre mega luxury integrated township.

The project features an unprecedented mix of luxury private villas, branded sky residences, international golf and motorsport estate homes, luxury retail design districts, 5-star resorts, and prime commercial premises. The Head of Sales will build a top-tier sales organization from scratch, establish distribution channels across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, NRIs,



and global corporate clients, and drive revenues for one of India's most ambitious real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operationalization of Hyderabad Sales Office

Establish the regional sales headquarters in Hyderabad from ground zero, including infrastructure setup, operational workflows, and team structuring.

Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers, HNI/NRI Relationship Managers, Channel Partner Leads, and Commercial Leasing/Sales Directors.

Build a high-accountability sales culture aligned with Della’s luxury hospitality, design excellence, and customer-first values.

• Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Ownership

Formulate and execute a aggressive, multi-phase sales strategy for a ₹20,000+ Cr GDV pipeline spanning:

Ultra-Luxury Private Villas & Branded Residences

Golf & Racing Estate Plots
