About the role:
You will provide solid production planning and costing skills to maintain quality, schedules and budgets across projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate BOM, BOQ, estimates and product costing for metal and wood products
• Develop production plans, budgets and timelines as per production specifications
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity
• Plan workflow and schedules for production departments
• Monitor production status, identify delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation
• Determine equipment, materials and manpower required for production
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Conduct daily meetings to track production schedules
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management
Candidate profile:
• Diploma in Mechanical / B.Tech
• 10–15 years of experience in furniture / shop fit-out manufacturing
• Extensive experience in production planning
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Excellent presentation, spoken and written communication skills
ROLE 2: Manager – Powder Coating (Production)
About the role:
You will manage the Powder Coating section of the production department, owning day-to-day operations, targets, quality, delivery schedules, cost efficiency and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage daily Powder Coating operations to meet production targets, quality and delivery schedules
• Manage manpower, machines, materials, powder and chemical consumption with minimum wastage
• Ensure proper execution of the full process: pretreatmen
