About The Job
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with robust expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.

Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for development and testing teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate discussions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin language.
• Work on projects delivered using Agile methodologies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter to support business analysis activities.
• Work with APIs, application development concepts, and microservices as required.
• Independently manage assigned activities with minimal guidance from leads or managers.
• Apply strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
