Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the S&OP; process for EMO and internal manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to validate and freeze requirements based on available capacity.
• Ensure timely availability of RM/PM materials at EMO and manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support uninterrupted operations.
• Work closely with Quality teams for timely material and finished goods release.
• Manage finished goods commitments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor and analyse blocked,
restricted, and expiry inventory, and initiate appropriate actions.
• Review non-moving RM/PM inventory and drive disposal or sell-off proposals where required.
• Maintain accurate planning master data and ensure effective use of planning tools.
• Coordinate site transfers and recent product deliveries with cross-functional teams.
Desired Profile:
• Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP;, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to inventory management, planning systems, and pharmaceutical operations.
