We are looking for a Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through their overseas education journey—from choosing the right course and university to completing applications and preparing for departure.
Key responsibilities
• Counsel students on study options in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the UK.
• Assess academic profiles, career goals and budgets to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Manage enquiries, conduct counselling sessions and follow up with prospective students.
• Assist with university applications and coordinate documentation with the admissions and visa teams.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Work towards agreed enrolment targets and support webinars and education events.
What we are looking for
• Previous experience in study abroad counselling or international education admissions.
• Strong communication, counselling and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems and admission requirements.
• Valuable organisation, consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
