We are seeking an experienced professional to lead sponsorship and media sales for our diverse portfolio of events and expos. Preferably with a background in event, advertising, or media sales, this role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships, contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of our properties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify & Acquire Sponsors: Proactively research and approach potential sponsors whose objectives align with our event themes and target audience profiles.
• Pitch & Negotiate: Develop compelling sponsorship decks and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring exceptional communication and support pre, during, and post events.
• Sponsorship Fulfilment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all agreed-upon sponsorship deliverables, including branding, speaking slots, stalls, and digital exposure.




• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, design, content, and event execution teams to maximize value delivery for our sponsors.
• Post-event Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and ROI presentations to showcase the impact of sponsorships and foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest sponsorship trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and creative engagement strategies.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Fresh Graduate or with not more than 2-3 years relevant sales experience
Required language(s): Strong spoken and written English
Able to hold quality conversations with global clients, provide consultative selling and be creative in closing deals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
