Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales pipeline. The associate will conduct market research to understand industry trends and target segments, prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily tasks include outreach via email, calls, and social platforms, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership. The role also requires building solid professional relationships, representing Madgeek at meetings, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.





Qualifications
• Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations, with solid Presentation Skills and experience in Presentations.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.
• Capability in Market Research to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects, collaborate with internal teams, and build client relationships.
• Basic understanding of software or technology services and interest in working with global clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical expe
