We provide inbound and outbound contact centre solutions, sales and lead generation, customer service, collections, retention, chat/email support and other customer engagement services across sectors including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Education and Real Estate.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our contact centre and BPO services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references, networking and other channels.




* Build and maintain a solid database of prospective clients.

2. Business Development

* Present Calling 24o7’s capabilities, solutions and value proposition.
* Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
* Develop relationships with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.

3. Solution Selling

.* Coordinate internally to develop suitable commercial and operational proposals.
* Present customised BPO/contact centre solutions to prospects
- Inform range of investment required.

4. Sales Pipeline Management

* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
* Track leads from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation and closure.
* Provide regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, pipeline value and closures.

5. Client Relationship Management

* Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
