About TriptureTripture is a Bengaluru-based, tech-forward hospitality company helping travellers discover remarkable stays and independent property owners grow their businesses.
We curate owner-run homestays, villas and estate stays across Coorg, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur, Nandi Hills and other destinations across South India.

75+ properties. 6+ destinations. 30,000+ guests hosted.

Tripture has been recognised under the Government of Karnataka's ELEVATE 2025 programme.
We partner with property owners in two ways: as an additional booking channel or as a growth partner, helping them improve visibility, attract guests and grow bookings.

We're building a portfolio of beautiful, reliable stays that travellers can book with confidence. We're looking for someone who can help us find the right properties, build strong owner relationships and turn promising partnerships into successful businesses.

What you'll do

1. Discover and qualify great properties
Build relationships with homestay and villa owners,

follow up on interested prospects, visit properties and assess whether they meet Tripture's standards for quality, location, guest experience and commercial potential.
2. Build trust and close partnerships
Understand each owner's needs, explain Tripture's value honestly and recommend the right partnership model: an additional booking channel or a more involved growth partnership. Take qualified owners through to a signed agreement.
3. Get properties ready to sell
Collect accurate information about rooms, capacity, amenities, house rules, check-in procedures and pricing. Coordinate photography, work with the revenue team on pricing, and ensure availability calendars and booking arrangements are reliable.
4. Turn recent partnerships into bookings
Stay close to newly onboarded owners for their first 90 days. Resolve early issues, communicate guest feedback, coordinate with internal teams and help
