About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in the Real Estate Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating business opportunities, handling property sales, conducting site visits, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from the initial enquiry to deal closure.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the property market, customer handling, lead conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into site visits and sales.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates regarding projects, pricing, offers, and availability.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking, and post-sales processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details, and sales reports in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and recent project launches.
• Generate referral business through strong customer relationships and networking.
