About the Role
BrandwepBTG Digital Marketing is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to acquire new business clients, build strong professional relationships, and grow revenue by promoting our digital marketing and creative services.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach startups, SMEs, established businesses, and potential B2B clients.
* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
* Pitch digital marketing, social media management, SEO, graphic design, and video editing services.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
* Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client records.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Required Skills
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
* Understanding of digital marketing services and business requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up professionally.
* Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
Compensation
* Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month.
* Incentive: 30% commission on closed deals, subject to the company’s commission policy.
