Role Description This full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to grow PlayTMA Music’s audience and strengthen artist visibility across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, coordinating content calendars, analyzing web and campaign performance,



and implementing strategies to increase engagement and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with artists, internal teams, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful digital storytelling. The specialist will stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
