Role Overview




We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to support the Customer Success team with back-office operations and administrative support tasks. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of client account processes, data accuracy, and timely internal coordination — enabling the Customer Success team to focus on client relationships and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
●Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team on daily back-office activities related to client accounts
●Process and update client data, account records, and service configurations accurately and on time
●Support ticket logging, tracking, and follow-up for client requests and issues
●Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards for account status and service metrics
