Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The trainee will support engineering, production, and quality teams in day-to-day activities such as assisting in equipment installation, monitoring machine performance, and participating in testing and troubleshooting of concrete product plants. Responsibilities include drafting and updating technical documentation, supporting process improvement initiatives, collecting and analyzing operational data, and collaborating with senior engineers on design modifications and efficiency enhancements. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, learning company standards and safety procedures, and engaging in hands-on training to develop practical skills in plant operations, maintenance, and customer support.
