This is an opportunity to work in a growing, fast-moving team where ideas don't stay on presentation slides — they turn into campaigns, collaborations, and real-world execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
• Identify and shortlist relevant fitness influencers, creators, and content partners based on brand fit, audience relevance, engagement, and content quality.
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including outreach,
negotiations, coordination, product deliveries, and timelines.
• Coordinate content briefs, scripting, feedback, edit approvals, and timely publishing.
• Track live posts, collect content links, and share approved assets with the social media and performance marketing teams for further use.
2. Creative Content & Social Media
• Develop unconventional, engaging, and platform-native content ideas for Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories.
• Stay updated with emerging content formats, internet culture, creator trends, and relevant fitness conversations.
• Identify opportunities to make the brand's content more relatable, entertaining, and shareable.
• Collaborate with the social media team to turn ideas into content calendars and executable campaigns.
3. Brand Partnerships & Community Marketing
