Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in sales, strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership, particularly in the local business technology solutions space.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the sales cycle, from customer consultation and pitching to deal closure and follow-up




• Drive meeting-to-closure conversions through strategic selling, effective opportunity
• management, and focused follow-ups
• Conduct pricing and value comparisons to demonstrate ROI to clients
• Own and prioritize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent movement of
• opportunities toward revenue
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales tactics

Requirements
• Proven 3+ years of experience in business development and sales
• Robust expertise in sales demonstration and sales strategy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with using and selling technology platform solutions (virtually)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
• Experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS products to local businesses.
