• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in coding, development, testing, and implementation using IFS ERP development platform.
• Experience successfully leading the design and implementation of at least one full project cycle.
• Highly developed skills: problem-solving, tenacity, drive, creativity, planning and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace with a variety of systems.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient of IFS tools like Scope Tool, Click learn, and other related tools: Oracle PL/SQL Developer, Base Server, Reports, Custom Objects, Screen/Front-End design, IFS Order reports, Crystal / BA / Quick Reports, Aurena, IFS Developer, Visual Studio
• Hands-on experience in IFS ERP architecture, providing high-level solution design impact to leadership, drive to decisive decisions and then guiding delivery teams in understanding and building the solutions.
