Experience:
• 8 to 10 years of core experience in Lighting and Vision components Design and Development

Essential Skills
• Robust experience in Lighting and Vision System and components
• Vision components like IRVM, Glass, Cowl screen components
• Lighting Components like Forward Lighting, Rear lighting and Signal Lighting
• Strong hands-on experience in connector design / Pinouts / PCB / LED / Wiring harness selection criteria
• Solid hands-on experience in defining validation plan for EE components
• Effective interactions with Co-design supplier to ensure Vehicle Functional Objectives are achieved.
• Effective interaction with cross functional teams on issue resolutions.
• Positive leadership with team building skills.
• Strong knowledge on Technical review, PPAP, Part testing, FMEA, Design kick-off and Design approval.
