We're now building a SaaS platform that helps wedding venues, banquets, resorts and hospitality businesses manage leads, automate customer interactions, improve conversion, and operate more efficiently. While our initial focus is venues and hospitality businesses, the vision extends much further.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can turn insights into action and drive user growth, engagement and retention. Someone who combines creative thinking with analytical skills, takes ownership and thrives in a quick-paced startup environment.

From campaign planning and audience segmentation to execution, experimentation and optimization, you drive initiatives end-to-end.
• You embrace AI and automation. You explore smarter ways to work, automate processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user communications across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages and website banners.
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Build personalized user journeys using audience segmentation, behavioural triggers and marketing automation.
• Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, run A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content and Tech teams to improve website experience and user journeys.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
