Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through chat and other non-voice communication channels.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and established customer service procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong typing, comprehension, and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
