Role Summary
The Business Lead will oversee and drive the performance of the Enterprise Sales team across assigned industry verticals. This role is responsible for managing Enterprise Sales Managers, ensuring business targets are achieved across the enterprise portfolio, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing strategies to improve new customer acquisition, demand generation, and account growth on the B2B marketplace. The Business Lead must be capable of independently solving program-level challenges, ideating current initiatives, and executing them through Enterprise Sales Managers for large-scale impact.
