Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and tech-savvy HR Intern to support our Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical background, along with an interest in HR, employee communication, and digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, designing, building digital platforms/pages, experimenting with AI tools, and creating engaging HR communications. The intern will work closely with the HR team to create technology-enabled solutions and engaging digital experiences for employees,



while also supporting learning sessions, webinars, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Engagement & Learning Support

• Research, identify, and connect with international and local trainers, industry experts, and guest speakers for webinars and learning sessions.
• Coordinate outreach communication, follow-ups, scheduling, invitations, and session logistics.
• Assist in planning and executing webinars, training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal events.
• Support facilitation during live sessions on Microsoft Teams and ensure a smooth participant experience.
• Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

HR Technology & Platform Development

• Support the HR team in developing and maintaining straightforward digital HR platforms, webpages, employee resources, and interactive engagement solutions.
