About the role
• We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and activate Cogover's partner ecosystem in India.
• You will focus on identifying, recruiting, and activating relevant partners, while maintaining productive relationships with existing partners. Our ecosystem includes system integrators, implementation consultancies, enterprise software resellers, telecom/cloud partners, and technology partners.
• This is a hands-on individual contributor role. Success will be measured by partner activation, qualified partner-sourced pipeline, and revenue. You will work closely with Sales to hand over partner-generated leads effectively and join selected partner-led deals to understand what partners are selling,



what customers are buying, and where we should expand the partner network.

Key Responsibilities
Build and activate the partner ecosystem
• Identify and qualify potential partners based on their customer base, industry expertise, sales capability, geographic reach, and fit with Cogover.
• Prospect, recruit and onboard new partners through direct outreach, referrals, events and relevant industry networks.
• Explain the partner program, commercial model, and priority use cases, and coordinate the training and enablement partners need to start selling.
• Agree practical next steps with each partner, including target customer segments, initial accounts, opportunities, and responsibilities.

Manage and activate partner relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and maintain regular communication with their sales and business teams.
• Keep partners informed
