? Job SummaryQloron Technology is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with robust expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable D365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
? Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and relationships.
• Develop plugins using C# and .NET, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Integrate D365 CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
• Implement business process flows, workflows, and automation.
• Use Dynamics 365 CRM Web API,



FetchXML, QueryExpression, and SQL for data operations.
• Perform data migration, import/export, and data validation.
• Manage solutions, configurations, and deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Follow Microsoft best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

? Required Technical Skills• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM customization.
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Web API, REST APIs, FetchXML
