Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA)
and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Ability to teach and explain mechanical and CAD concepts clearly in Hindi; working proficiency in English for documentation and coordination.
• Experience in mentoring, teaching, or training learners in technical subjects, preferably in mechanical or design domains.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric approach.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms for content delivery and learner engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in CAD or design are an advantage.
• Prior industry experience in mechanical design, drafting, or product development is beneficial.
