Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Property Operations & Guest Relations Executive to manage day-to-day property operations on the ground and serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
The candidate will ensure that properties are guest-ready, operational issues are resolved promptly, housekeeping and maintenance teams are coordinated effectively, and every guest receives skilled and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Ground Property Operations
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness before guest check-in.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff,



security, and other on-ground teams.
• Ensure all rooms, amenities, appliances, and essential supplies are in working condition.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including key handovers and property checks.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

2. Guest Relations & Interaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist guests with check-in instructions, property amenities, local information, and other requirements.
• Visit the property whenever an issue requires physical assistance.
• Ensure guest concerns are resolved quickly and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews through excellent service.
