About the Role
We're hiring Sales Executives to plan and run outbound sales outreach campaigns that open doors with current prospects. You'll own each campaign end to end, from choosing who to target and shaping the message through to follow-up and handing qualified leads to the wider team. The role can be done remotely or on a hybrid basis.



Your main job is to run outbound outreach campaigns that turn cold prospects into booked conversations. Day to day, you will: We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years' experience in B2B sales, cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) or business development, who are comfortable running outreach at volume. Key Responsibilities
• Create, build and refine prospect lists for each campaign, matched to the target audience.
• Conduct personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to the target audience.
• Follow up consistently, handle replies and objections, and schedule meetings.
• Qualify interested leads and submit them to the BDT team to progress the lead.
• Keep the CRM accurate and track outreach metrics.
• Share results and learnings with the team, and suggest ways to improve the next campaign.
