Role Description The Hospital Manager / Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical, administrative, and support services. This full-time, in office role is based in Jhabua and involves coordinating departments, supervising staff, and monitoring patient experience and service quality. The role includes managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization,



and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols. The Hospital Manager / Administrator will work closely with senior leadership to implement operational processes aligned with CareDiumX’s HMIS platform, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery and hospital performance.
