About the Role

GroMatrix is looking for a creative lead to guide the creative direction, quality, and execution of work produced across our client accounts and internal brands.
You will lead and support a creative team consisting of designers, video editors, and other creative specialists while working closely with content strategy, growth strategy, performance marketing, and PMO.
This role goes beyond designing creatives yourself.
Your responsibility is to ensure that the creative team understands what needs to be communicated, why it is being created and how it should be executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative direction for client campaigns and content.
• Convert requirements into clear creative briefs.




• Create moodboards and visual references.
• Guide graphic designers and video editors.
• Maintain brand consistency across creative output.
• Review designs, videos and other assets before delivery.
• Conduct internal creative quality checks.
• Review copy, layouts, typography, branding and visual consistency.
• Coordinate with Content Strategy and Copywriting.
• Support campaign creative planning.
• Support video pre-production and production requirements.
• Review post-production output.
• Manage and organise creative revisions.
• Coordinate creative workload with PMO and Operations.
• Validate creative team bandwidth and delivery feasibility.
• Maintain creative asset organisation and version control.
• Develop reusable templates and design systems.
