Role Description The Branch Manager at UGS GOLD LOAN will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and compliant execution of gold loan processes and customer service activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Palghat involves managing staff, supervising cash and gold handling, monitoring loan documentation, and maintaining branch security and regulatory adherence. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing local marketing initiatives,



building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality. The role also includes training and guiding team members, resolving customer issues, preparing operational and financial reports, and coordinating with regional and head office teams to support overall business growth.
