Role Description
The Quality and Training Executive role at RisingARC is a full-time, in office position based in India.



This role is responsible for monitoring and auditing counselling and enrollment processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and service guidelines. The executive designs and delivers training sessions to counselling and operations teams, focusing on communication quality, process compliance, and continuous performance improvement. Day-to-day activities include analyzing call and case data, preparing quality reports, identifying training needs, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role also collaborates with team leaders and management to refine quality checklists, update training materials, and support new hire onboarding and refresher training.

Qualifications
