Job Summary:
Suitefy is seeking an experienced and commercially focused NetSuite Services Practice Head to lead the growth, delivery, and profitability of our NetSuite services business. This role will be responsible for expanding our presence among US customers, driving services sales, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring high-quality, profitable delivery.
The Practice Head will own the end-to-end performance of the NetSuite practice, including go-to-market strategy, sales pipeline, solutioning, delivery governance, resource planning, customer success, strategic partnerships, and P&L; management. The position will be based in Hyderabad and will work closely with US-based customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Practice Growth and Strategy
· Define and execute the growth strategy for Suitefy’s NetSuite services practice.
· Develop and implement go-to-market plans for the US market.
· Identify opportunities across NetSuite implementation, customization, integration, optimization, support, and managed services.




· Build a scalable and differentiated NetSuite service portfolio.
· Strengthen Suitefy’s market position through thought leadership, partnerships, references, and customer advocacy.
· Track market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and NetSuite ecosystem developments.
· Sales and Business Development
· Own the NetSuite services sales target, pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with US prospects, customers, partners, and decision-makers.
· Lead prospect qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
· Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals, statements of work, estimates, and commercial models.
· Drive account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and long-term customer relationships.
