Positions & Experience
• Nursing Superintendent: 30 years total experience, including 5–7 years as Nursing Superintendent / Deputy Nursing Superintendent.
• Assistant Nursing Superintendent: 20+ years of experience.
• Nursing Officers: 10+ years of experience.
• Staff Nurses: 0–2 years / freshers may apply.
• Infection Control Nurses: 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure quality nursing care, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
• Supervise nursing staff, manage duty rosters, and monitor performance.




• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, documentation, and clinical standards.
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
• Implement infection prevention and control practices.
• Monitor staff training, hygiene, and adherence to patient-care policies.

Eligibility
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing, as applicable with valid State Nursing Council registration.
