Role Description The Sr. Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) will lead growth initiatives for Odyssey’s information security and digital signature solutions, focusing on enterprise and public sector clients.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Day-to-day activities include engaging with key decision-makers, presenting solution demos, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The Sr. BDM will collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to refine value propositions, support go-to-market campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and client requirements. The role also involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, and representing Odyssey at industry events and relevant stakeholder meetings.
