Role Description The Finance Associate role is a full-time,



in office position based at The Oberoi Centre of Excellence in New Delhi. The Finance Associate will assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports to support accurate and timely financial management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting monthly and annual closing activities, reconciling accounts, tracking expenses and revenues, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant policies. The role involves analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for information and approvals. The Finance Associate will also help prepare documentation for audits, support continuous improvement in financial processes, and contribute to clear communication of financial information to management.
