Shira MedTech is an award-winning medical-device innovation company developing precision surgical instruments for microsurgery and reconstructive surgery. Its patented 3-Jaw Microvascular Clamp has been clinically evaluated and Shira products are already reaching surgeons across multiple countries. The company is now expanding its hospital, distributor and international footprint.

We are looking for a senior sales and business-development professional who can take ownership of this next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a high-ownership commercial role for someone who understands how medical devices are actually sold — through surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, distributors, clinical adoption and long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for building and scaling Shira’s sales engine across India and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital & Institutional Sales





* Develop relationships with leading hospitals, medical colleges, surgical centres and teaching institutions.
* Build relationships with surgeons, department heads, procurement teams and hospital management.
* Drive product evaluations, trials, demonstrations and conversions.
* Develop institutional accounts and repeat business.
* Understand hospital procurement processes, tenders and purchase cycles.
* Build a robust pipeline of institutional opportunities.

Shira already accepts institutional POs from hospitals, medical colleges and surgical training centres and has a sample-evaluation programme, making hospital conversion an important part of the commercial role.

2. Distributor Network Development

* Identify, evaluate and appoint distributors across India.
* Build distributor relationships and commercial plans.
* Set territory targets, pricing structures and sales plans.
