Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant (Fresher ) role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities include handling statutory compliances, taxation (direct and indirect), GST and TDS filings, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis for projects, and monitoring cash flow and working capital requirements.

Qualifications
• Qualified qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA),



with active membership in the relevant professional body.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting, including preparation and analysis of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Proficiency in taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning, preferably within real estate or construction.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as projects, procurement, sales, and legal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
