We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Digital Marketer with 2.5–3 years of experience and a proven track record in performance marketing, social media strategy, content development, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Advertising Expertise:
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to meet performance goals (ROAS, leads, reach, etc.).
• Content Development & Strategy:
• Develop content strategies, campaign concepts, and content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop and manage content calendars, oversee organic and paid campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Client Communication & Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, gathering briefs, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.




• Media Planning & Budgeting:
• Prepare media plans, allocate budgets efficiently, and provide strategic input based on industry trends and campaign performance.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific dashboards.
• AI & Marketing Tools:
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Canva AI for content ideation, research, campaign planning, and marketing workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with an agency background.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads.
• Proficiency in social media management and content development tools.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to create performance reports, media plans, and content strategies independently.
