Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with surveying firms and related stakeholders, and promoting LF INDITECH’s CAD drafting and outsourcing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting prospect research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating sales meetings, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into long-term accounts. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, understand client workflows and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client expectations. The role also includes maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion.
