Role Description The Legal Associate will work full time on-site at the JusticeCorp Legal office in Mumbai. This role involves supporting senior attorneys with legal research and analysis across the firm’s practice areas, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements,



and other legal documents, and assisting in the preparation of case files and legal opinions. The Legal Associate will help manage matters related to transactions, disputes, regulatory compliance, and client advisory work, ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with applicable laws and regulations. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and clients, maintaining case records, monitoring deadlines, and contributing to the development of legal strategies and commercial solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of commercial, corporate, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, notices, and legal opinions.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for conducting legal research, interpreting statutes and case law, and
