About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

The primary focus of this role is advertising performance, sales growth, budget optimization, and return on ad spend (ROAS). This position is focused on advertising and performance marketing, rather than catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Manage sponsored product ads, sponsored brand ads, display ads, banner campaigns,



and other platform-specific advertising formats.
- Structure campaigns, ad groups, keyword targets, and product targets to align with business objectives.

2. Campaign Optimization & Performance Growth
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, clicks, and attributed sales.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, placements, and targeting to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and products and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Analyze product-level and campaign-level data to identify opportunities for incremental sales growth.

3. Budget Planning & Profitability
- Plan and allocate advertising budgets based on sales targets, product performance, and profitability goals.
