Full Job Description Yumzip Technologies is looking for a PAN India Recruiter to support talent acquisition and recruitment activities across India.
The role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication and supporting the hiring process for different roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills,



a proactive approach to candidate sourcing and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and communicate role details clearly.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the relevant hiring team.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline information.
