Digital Marketing Manager, Growth (Paid & Organic)

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon or Mumbai (India), Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Adaptable for the right candidate.
Reports to: Marketing Director, working closely with our Enterprise Sales leadership

THE ROLE
You will build and run BIPO's digital demand engine across paid, organic and data-driven outbound channels. Your job is not clicks or impressions. It is a steady flow of qualified meetings and pipeline for our sales teams from HR, Finance and IT leaders at multi-country companies.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role.



You will run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads yourself, build target-account lists and automated workflows in Clay and Apollo, grow organic and AI-search visibility, and turn data into decisions every week. Coverage is APAC first (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Greater China, Southeast Asia), with support for global campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Paid acquisition
- Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) for high-intent keywords such as global payroll, EOR and HRMS, by country and language
- Run account-based and persona-based LinkedIn Ads campaigns aimed at CHROs, CFOs, HR and payroll leaders
- Own the paid budget, pacing and bidding, and manage cost per lead, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity and ROAS
- Run a structured test plan for copy, offers, formats and landing pages

Organic growth
- Own keyword strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimisation and link building across BIPO's web
