Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The recruiter will oversee offer negotiations, onboarding coordination,



and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing talent pipelines, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations, and enhancing the candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to HR process improvements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles and seniority levels.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals) and maintaining an effective talent pipeline.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning, job description development, and alignment of hiring needs with business goa
