The role is in-office in Jaipur, five days a week. You'd run our community day to day. That means replying to members, onboarding recent people, following up with the ones who've gone quiet and keeping a record of all of it.
What you'll do
- Reply to members on WhatsApp and Discord within the same working day
- Onboard new members and show them how things work
- Keep a tracker of who's active and who needs a nudge
- Flag questions that keep coming up so we can fix the cause
- Run short check-ins or calls with members when needed
Who this suits
- You live in Jaipur and can come to the office every weekday
- You write clear, friendly messages in English and Hindi
- You're comfortable with Google Sheets
- You follow up without being reminded
You don't need prior experience. College students and recent graduates are welcome.
Duration: 3 months, with a chance to convert to full-time
Stipend: Rs 10,000/month
