Role Description The RCU Officer role at Aavas Financiers Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilwara . The role involves conducting detailed verification and risk checks on loan applications, including field visits and customer interactions, to validate customer information and documentation.



The RCU Officer is responsible for identifying potential fraud, assessing credit-risk indicators, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The position includes preparing verification reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch and credit teams, and providing timely updates on findings. The role also requires continuous monitoring of high-risk cases and contributing to process improvements that strengthen the company’s risk control framework.
